    Project Description

    The World Food Logistics Organization and its national partner, the LSU AgCenter, and its international partners in Zambia, Mozambique, Namibia, and South Africa, in cooperation with the Regional Center for Southern Africa (RCSA) developed and began implementing a five year development program for the meat, seafood and poultry industries in Southern Africa. Primary goals of the project include: 1) comprehensive assessment of the cold chain industry in the region; 2) technical training assistance program with one company in one of the countries; 3) association development activities including a regional assessment of existing association development.
