Cold Storage Assessment and Refrigeration Engineer Training

Through training and advocacy programs, the WFLO team was sent to help improve communication between business associations and government service providers. The goal was to increase the capacity of local businesses to open a dialogue with the government and capitalize on their relationship. Other project efforts also focused on cluster and enterprise development.
