    Project Description

    The World Food Logistics Organization will enhance the market entry potential and sustainability of value-added U.S. potato products in CAFTA countries via the completion of appropriate research and investigation of the cold chain infrastructure, as well as the organization and conduct of educational and business development activities pertaining to perishable potato products in the region. This will be accomplished via a three-step process which includes: 1) A cold chain infrastructure analysis, 2) A demand verification, and 3) A reverse trade mission.
