ExpoSee the complete list of 2008 Exhibitors. Note: the 2008 IARW-IRTA Expo is now closed. All booths have been reserved. Please contact Megan Kalaski if you are interested in exhibiting next year.
“If you look around our facilities, you will see that almost everything has been sourced from exhibitors at the Annual Convention. This gives us a chance to meet the company representatives and learn about the various products in person. It is all about being partners, and this is a great forum to get to know each other.” - Mike McClendon, Richmond Cold Storage The IARW-IRTA Expo offers a singular opportunity to present product and service information to the largest concentration of public refrigerated warehouse executives in the world. The Expo will be open for approximately 1 1/2 hours on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. The show will be held in the Islands A-F Ballroom, adjacent to the general session area. In addition to the great proximity to the meeting space, Expo participation will be boosted by upscale refreshments before the program each day and during the mid-morning breaks. There will also be a lunch on Monday and a champagne breakfast on Wednesday.

How to Register:
Eligibility: Participation in the IARW-IRTA Expo is strictly limited to IARW Associate and IRTA members. Exhibiting companies must be current in their dues, and each participating company representative must be registered for the convention. Exhibitors are not permitted to assign or sublet a booth or any part of the space allotted to them, nor shall they exhibit or permit to be exhibited any merchandise or service which is not part of the company’s regular product line. Manufacturers’ representatives are not entitled to the member registration rate. (They may either pay the higher non-member rate or take out separate associate membership.) Dates and Specifications: Each space, consisting of pipe and drape is 10 feet wide by 8 feet deep (80 square feet). We can try to arrange for a larger space where needed, if notified by January 11. All booths include an 8' high back wall, 3' high side wall, and an identification sign. The exhibit hall is fully carpeted. Marco Island Marriott has an excellent security program, but exhibitors are encouraged to exercise prudence in caring for small and expensive items. (e.g., laptop computers) when booths are not attended. Neither IARW nor Marco Island Marriott can assume responsibility for exhibitor property. The exhibit area will be open for set up from 1:00-5:00 pm, Sunday, April 20. The show will officially open at 7:30 am on Monday, April 21. Exhibits will be closed during all official convention business and social events. No exhibit activity or staffing of exhibits is permitted at these times, and hospitality suites must be closed during these times as well. Exhibits may be open and staffed only during specific times published in the program. The show will officially close at 10:00 am Wednesday, April 23. We will allow dismantling to begin as soon as the Expo is complete. If there is too much noise, you may be asked to stop dismantling until after the general session is complete at 12:00 noon. In case of any violation of the terms or conditions of these regulations on the part of the exhibitor, right is hereby given to IARW-IRTA to terminate this contract and to deny priority status at future Expos. Space Assignments: All space assignments are made at the sole discretion of IARW-IRTA. To the extent possible, however, every consideration will be given to earned priority status. All Associate Members earn “points” based upon their years of membership in IARW and/or IRTA and years of participation in the IARW-IRTA Expo. Each year of membership counts for one point and each year of Expo participation is worth two points. These points are totaled and companies are ranked in order of earned priority. All space requests received by January 11, 2008 will be processed at that time on the basis of numerical ranking. If two or more companies have the same number of points, priority will be given to those companies that exhibited in 2007. All space requests received after January 11 will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. Expo Support: Expo support will be provided by GES Exposition Services, Las Vegas, Nevada; an excellent full-service Expo supplier with much professional experience. GES Exposition Services will provide each exhibitor with an exhibitor kit, list of services and rate sheet as soon as they are advised by IARW-IRTA of space assignments. GES Contact Information:
