Registration and Fees

Pre-registration is required and can be completed online

Not sure if you are a member? Click here to find out if your company is a member of IARW, WFLO, or IACSC.  All company employees are also considered members.

Guests: Who is a guest? A guest is a spouse/significant other, friend or an adult child (18 and over) who is not in an industry-related occupation. A co-worker or an associate within the industry may not use the Guest Registration category, but must register as a delegate. Registered guests may participate in all official social events, meal functions and general sessions.

Children: There is no convention-sponsored children’s program. Adult children may register at the spouse/guest rate and participate in those events. If you want your younger child to participate in the welcome reception or final night dinner dance, you may purchase tickets for those events from the registration desk. Cancellation Policy

Exhibitors who cancel less than sixty (60) days prior to the exhibit will be responsible for the full cost of their space, unless the space is resold. If the space is resold, exhibitors will receive a full refund less an administration fee of $100. If an exhibitor fails to appear without prior notification, he will be responsible for the full cost of the exhibit space and, in addition, forfeit his position on the priority list for space reservations at future exhibits.

• Cancellations before 6 March 2009 will be charged a cancellation fee of $50.

• Cancellations after 6 March will incur a cancellation fee of $150, or $20 if just cancelling golf.

• Contact headquarters to make substitutions at no charge.

• No refunds will be issued after 27 March 2009.
